Before you were born, God knew you. He placed a purpose in your heart and a calling over your life that only you can accomplish. Not only does God call whom He chooses, He also equips the called. Areas of Development

SPIRITUAL

Our goal in Equip Life is for you to deepen your relationship with God and your spiritual roots. With the spiritual support of a mentor you will learn how to better study your bible, deepen your prayer life, and grow in your knowledge of God. You will learn what it means to be a disciple of Jesus, to follow Him, be changed by Him.

PERSONAL

Through this process, our hope is that you will be able to discover more of who God created you to be. You will be able to explore how you were created, the gifts that God has given you, and how you are able to best fit into the body of Christ. We will also provide opportunities for you to grow in your relationships, finances, time-management, communication, conflict resolution, and other life skills that you will be able to take with you wherever you go.

LEADERSHIP

The purpose of this process is to grow you in your love for God and your love for others. Leadership is both about who you are in character and how you lead people well in love. You can’t have one without the other. In this process, you will be challenged to grow in how to lead with practical skills such as decision making, communication, and conflict resolution as well as how to lead in love, mercy, and compassion which comes from understanding the heart of a person over just the actions of a person.

MINISTRY

As you participate in the various ministry development training programs, you will grow in ministry experience and knowledge. You will be able to see the ins and outs of of ministry while you will be serving in a variety of ministry programs. From beginning to end you will be able to see all that goes into ministry from the physical labor side to the fun relational side.
